This visit in Makati City is the first of MMFSSI’s roadshow across the country in partnership with Unox Philippines and All About Baking, with the goal of providing solutions to food businesses through their offers. Conducting the very first demo in their roadshow in the newly renovated kitchen studio of DTC Promos Inc. was a brave choice anchored by trust in the partnership.
Chef Marj mentioned how simple it was to move around the kitchen as most frequently used areas or equipment are easily reached. She especially loved the perfect distance of the sink to the cooking area as someone who washes her hands very often while cooking. Not to mention that the place is conveniently near quite a big grocery where you can run back and forth in case of emergencies like missing ingredients or sudden replacements. This kind of professional kitchen is most important when conducting demos; you would want to avoid encountering any kind of disaster that may arise.
Moving on from the cooking area, the kitchen is quite well-equipped in terms of learning space. It has decent chairs where the audience can sit comfortably, and easily movable tables with built in shelves and cabinets for when you want to store items that may either be personal or required for the session. The venue is also close and private with little to no disturbance from outside factors and is equipped with a TV.
